As part of my "real" job, I get to work with Culinary Arts students in our Area Technical School. One of their goals this year to to create a professional portfolio featuring images of the foods they have created.
As part of my preparations to help them, I decided to do a series of kitchen/food/culinary photos.

Self-taught photographer and Best of Missouri Hands Juried Artist, Holly Ross has explored a wide variety of subjects, but always returns to the more natural elements of our world. This is fantastic!! We use pink sea salt all the time. I have never seen it loose like this before! What a great shot! I love the raw salt with the fancy spoon!
