Sandy Creek Covered Bridge, outside Hillsboro, Missouri, is one of the few remaining covered bridges in the state. I was lucky enough to get out one day last winter, just after the snow fell, and capture this image. This image was also part of the SEEN 9 Showcase of photos, winning it's bracketed round of competition. SEEN is a photography showcasing the work of St. Louis area photographers.

Self-taught photographer and Best of Missouri Hands Juried Artist, Holly Ross has explored a wide variety of subjects, but always returns to the more natural elements of our world.
